Dear Riders, Horse Owners, Sponsors, Club Managers and all Friends,
You are cordially invited to take part in our annual competition – last show in the year 2010 season – Arthayasa Christmas Show. It will be held in Arthayasa Stables & Country Club on Saturday-Sunday, December 11-12. As usual the classes will be heldd in our big indoor arena and all spectators, competitors, and officials are encouraged to wear a costume on Saturday. Best Costume Award will be given based on the votes of the public during the event.
The highlight of the show will be the first SEA Games Qualification that will be run as two round competition over two days. Next year the qualifying competition will be held every month towards the SEA Games next year (Indonesia, November 2011)…
This year we also decided to come up with a new initiatives and we hope that you will join us in this efforts to share with our friends during this season of joy and giving:
Grooms Lucky Draw
To say a special thank you to our wonderful grooms who help us to take care of our horses throughout the year. How you can help:
- Register your groom’s name at the secretariat before December 10.
- Bring a wrapped present for donation into the Grooms Lucky Draw
(for example: children books, cloth, household items, bag of rice – anything that can be useful for a family. The items can be used but in a good condition)
In addition to the donated items Rp20,000 from each entry fee will be contributed into the Big Cash Prize for the Grooms Lucky Draw.
Please, find the classes schedule and the entry forms attached. As usual we will be very grateful if you could submit your entries ASAP so we can prepare the time schedules and publish them on the website earlier.
We will still thinking of more surprises for this weekend and we are looking forward to see you all for this last show in the year!
